Professional Personnel is pleased to offer three different staffing solutions to better serve you;

1) Temporary Placement Option
Whether you require temporary relief for a day, week, month or indefinite period we will supply an individual to fill your employee absences, disability leaves, seasonal workloads, maternity leaves, workforce shortages and/or special projects. This individual will remain on our payroll for the entire duration of their placement. With temporary on-call employees we are able to respond to your requirement in a few short hours. As the employer, we will take care of the hiring procedures, payroll taxes, WSIB, benefits and all other administrative costs.

2) Temporary to Hire Placement Option
This option can be quite beneficial to your company. To start we take care of the hiring procedures and testing of the individual and they remain on our payroll for the first 3 months. Following that trial period, you are able to evaluate the chemistry, performance, dependability and attitude of that particular individual and decide whether to hire them on directly to your payroll. If not, you are under no obligation to hire them. If you wish, at that time, we also will replace them with another candidate.

3) Direct Hire Option
With this option, Professional Personnel will recruit, screen, test and interview potential individuals based on your placement needs. We then recommend them to you at which time you hire them directly on to your payroll. The fee structure for this service is based upon the salary and/or pay rate of the hired individual.
